Well, the moment we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived. We’re thrilled to announce that EZ365 is launching our Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) today!
This is a major milestone in our journey to build a simple, secure and fully supported blockchain ecosystem that breaks down the current barriers to owning digital assets. In fact, the EZ365 vision is to blow open the doors to mass adoption and enable the industry to reach its full potential for growth.
Here’s what you need to know about EZ365’s IEO!
Open to the public between September 5 and October 31 2019, you can participate in the EZ365 IEO directly on our EZ Exchange platform. The IEO offers you an opportunity to purchase our EZ365 utility token. Contribute early for some great launch offers — learn more here.
Rest assured, however, there’s more in it for you than just buying digital assets and supporting our company vision.
A “world’s-first, the IEO utility token sale will soon be followed by the intent to offer a fully compliant conversion of our utility token to a regulated security token; with all the associated rights and benefits of a traditional investment in a security. EZ365 token holders will also enjoy expanded benefits and share in the success of our company. For example you’ll receive stakes for free play rewards and credits on EZ Win (our igaming platform); receive a discount on your trading transaction fees and trading subscription on EZ Exchange; and, gain access to premium resources on our industry education and collaboration platform, EZ Academy.
The price per token starts at USD$0.08 for the first week of the IEO (Sept 5 to Sept 13) and will increase marginally each week throughout the IEO duration. Tokens will be made available to IEO purchasers directly on our EZ Exchange platform within three weeks of the conclusion of the token sale.
In terms of eligibility and terms and conditions, KYC (know your customer) compliance is required for participation and accepted currencies will include Bitcoin, Ethereum and fiat (via credit card). These and other important details of the IEO are available on our website.
